The Amateur Airplanes workbench has come to a very slow crawl this week with minimal progress. With work and a bathroom remodel ongoing, I haven’t had much time to devote to my builds. The progress that I was able to achieve, however, set me up quite well to transition from construction to final construction/paint. I’m happy with where they all sit so now it’s time to get the final bits shored up before starting final paint. Canopies are the main attraction here in this phase so it’s not a hard task by any means. It’s a much appreciated break from removing wallpaper. So hopefully my next post will have some color added to it.
Cool. I always enjoy reading about your progress.

Thank you! I’m hoping the weekend will be a great springboard in my progress.

At least I’m not at a standstill like before!

Don’t worry about it. You should only pursue a hobby when you are relaxed and not worrying about anything else.

The desire to build is strong and thriving. I’m not liking the distractions. I just want to build but responsibilities interrupt me every time!

perhaps the bathroom
could have a plane-theme!
with the right permission,
of course 🙂

Ha! Good one. The only thing plane themed is my model room. That’s all I can ask for out of a very patient and giving wife.
